About the Editor
Howard Marlowe is the Editor of the WaterLog. He has over 30 years of experience as a lobbyist working with Congress and the executive branch.
Throughout his career, he has taken the lead in the water resources, maritime, and infrastructure practices. He formed the company in 2015 in order to focus advocacy and research efforts on the deterioration of the nation's water resources and the challenges posed by sea level rise to the nation's economy. He has appeared on CNN, CBS-TV, Bloomberg TV, and many other media outlets and has been the subject of articles in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Washington Post, and more than a dozen other publications. Mr. Marlowe often speaks to corporate and association audiences on various aspects of the federal governmental process.
Mr. Marlowe received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from New York University Law School. He has also served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of The American University in Washington, D.C. He lives in Maryland with his wonderful wife, Sarah.
